Sport Management, Minor

The Sport Management minor provides students with a foundational understanding of the business and organizational aspects of the sport industry. Through coursework in management, marketing, and sport-specific disciplines, students explore key areas such as event planning, legal and ethical issues, and the role of sport in society. This minor complements a wide range of majors and prepares students for careers in sport administration, marketing, media, and event management. Elective options allow students to tailor the minor to emerging fields such as esports and special events.
